The data are processed exclusively by the Museum to an extent resulting from a binding agreement (reservation agreement between the museum and the customer) in order to implement the agreement in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 b) on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not process personal data more widely without your prior consent.
Your personal data are processed for the period strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the relevant purpose of processing (keeping an account on our portal, performing a service or making a sale, which also includes settlement of payments, booking of payments, registration of payments in accordance with the law, complaint and warranty proceedings).
